Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia
The birthplace of coffee. Our single-origin Ethiopian lot delivers bright, wine-like acidity with unmistakable jasmine and blueberry notes. Sourced from the Gedeo Zone cooperative.
Light RoastHuila, Colombia
High-altitude Colombian farms produce our most versatile bean — a balanced cup with caramel sweetness, red apple acidity, and a clean finish. Direct trade with Familia Muñoz since 2020.
Medium RoastMandheling, Sumatra
Full-bodied, earthy, and low in acidity. Our Sumatran blend forms the backbone of our espresso — rich with dark chocolate, cedar, and a syrupy mouthfeel that lingers.

Floral & Bright
Preserves the origin character with high clarity. Internal temperature of 196°C. Ideal for pour-over and filter methods where nuance and terroir shine through.
Balanced & Sweet
The sweet spot where caramelised sugars emerge without masking origin notes. 205°C first crack development. Perfect for cappuccinos, flat whites, and lattes.
Bold & Complex
The foundation of our espresso blend. Roasted to 218°C for deep caramelisation. Smoky, rich, and built for milk-based drinks that demand a powerful presence.
Ethical Sourcing is Not a Marketing Slogan
We pay a minimum of 40% above the Fair Trade floor price for every lot we purchase. We visit our partner farms personally at least once a year. We publish our sourcing costs openly so you can make informed decisions about where your money goes.
We also invest 2% of our annual revenue into the education infrastructure of farming communities — because great coffee starts with educated, empowered farmers who have the means to invest in quality cultivation.
